Save your money and time from this shop. Not only they don't communicate you on updates they take longer than usual

I picked up my car after they had it over 2 months after a collision that I got conned by Westside towing where they brought my car to this auto body shop. They did not do a great job as they decided when my car was going to be finished. Totally got the run around. They have no respect for your belongings left and no communication with this Michelle. Please dont trust this company as they have one person and one shop. There is visable scratches and stone chips. They should not be recommended!

Got to the shop and found out my car had interior dammage with mud and broken key . Asked them why it was in that state and they said they had no clue. How did 5he car get there in the first place? Unprofessional .

Efficient administrator. Spacious, clean, colorful, and airy office. Friendly staff. Very satisfied with courteous and efficient repairs. Their courteous and helpful towing service rescued me from a distressing situation-poorly clothed, no gloves, heavy snow fall, stranded on a wretched median, frozen fingers.

I've been meaning to right a review sooner than this... but better late than never!! The personal service I received during the Christmas holidays was phenomenal. Expecially since I was a new customer. I was treated as a long term customer. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, the staff kept in contact with me to make sure I was aware of progress. I have made sure I have given word of mouth praise as well. I definitely know I can safely say I now have a mechanic I can trust.
