We were looking for a used car and the entire staff in this dealership made the experience excellent! Although I had not been to this dealership in the past? I would buy another car here just because of the staff. Marc Stenson helped us and even had a congratulations sign and it was spotless in the showroom! Really bad service. Will make you pay for their bad job blaming the mechanic that said that the job was not done right. It is a 80$ well placed to find out that the service manager does not care to lose a customer for 80$. Tells a lot about what you mean to them. Imagine if they are doing that for 80$ what are the chances they will admit their bad work with 1000$ and over. Do not take any chance with them.

I bought a 2018 hyundai elantra last month. I went there because of their promo of 0% financing. They didnt explain to me beforehand that the interest rate is determined by the bank. All the documents are signed. They already transfer my insurance and permit. But when I pick up the car, there is a sudden changes due to financing. The 0% financing in 84 months is not true. What a terrible experience. I will not recommend this to my friends.
