not sure why the low reviews - was a bit skeptical but pleasantly surprised.
We have been to this Restaurant a number of times but each time is getting worse. Garlic Bread was burnt with the smallest bit of cheese on it. The fish was greasy batter on a plate with 5 fries. The burger which is suppose to be homemade which it says on the menu most certainly was not. When these tings were pointed out to our server who was all flustered and confused from the minute we got to the table. She said a quick and simple sorry can i get you something else or are you ready for the bill. We felt very very rushed and did not enjoy the loud atmostphere. I will never return again. The City needs to wake up and take over!!
-flowering onion was very overdone. -lasagna was a very small portion with no meat seen at all, basically just layers of noodles and sauce. -service was good however no offer to discount bill when notified of poor food as above.
Friendly and knowledgable staff, lots of good food well presented. nice decorations but a bit noisy. We will be back soon.
The Snowball is an experience in itself. Big enough to share, good enough to fight over! Like nothing else
