I was a long time customer with this dealership. I looked at this place like they were family but unfortunately they have really gone downhill. As for the sales manager Jamie he’s arrogant, it’s all about the money he will tell you anything to sign on the dotted line and than try to strong-arm you to not buy anywhere else even if they don’t have a vehicle to sell you. If you deal with this place make sure any deals you get are in writing or it never happened.

This review is nowhere near correct or accurate. The consumer made several comments/statements that he ended up getting caught on that were flagrant lies. Once that happened, he back pedaled quickly. By the time this transaction was complete he complimented James and Jamie for helping him out. Now this customer has the audacity to do a 1 star review because he was embarrassed by getting caught lying, so this is his only way to retaliate we guess. Too bad he felt this appropriate.

We went in from Thessalon to have our summer tires put on. When the winter tires were removed, they discovered that the brakes were shot. They did the job the same day and let us use a courtesy car so we could do all the shopping we needed to do for the Thessalon food bank. It was so appreciated. We were bracing ourselves to find

I am a dictated Ford customer and would not think about going anywhere else. I was treated exceptionally well from the time I first walked into the building till the last signature was obtained. Joey was patient (and yes I tested his patience believe me) and not once did he ever lose the smile on his face. Kiddos Joey!! Buying my third Ford was as exciting as buying my first. Amazing experience from an amazing sales team. I will recommend Highland to everyone.......thanks again Highland
