They served me a glass of water, with used/empty garbage in it: sugar packets and cream packages.
The food is nothing special, and quite expensive.
Our server - no customer service skills or appology at all when we showed her the glass.
The manager that came to speak to our party when we requested to speak to the manager - not helpful at all, made excuses (saying that the server wasn't more helpful because she was embarrassed - ummm, ya, ok? I know that I would be able to muster out an "I'm sorry" and get the customer a new glass).
Then he explained that the garbage found in my glass was not used, it fell into my glass on the way out as the server was bringing it out? From where? And the server didn't notice? You can guess whether or not you'd believe this.
Then he switched stories to say the the garbage came from the dish washing machine - disgusting. He offered no compensation until I specifically told him that I wasn't paying for my entree, and even at this, I was so disgusted that not paying for it, didn't (and hasn't - as I'm still grossed out) fixed anything. I didn't eat my meal.
I'll never go to this place again!
