I never went into get a service, I called in to inquire about something. Variba, the owner answered, and I have never encountered such rudeness from a person before.
Coming from the spa and salon industry I am appalled by her lack of Customer Service skills, and I will not recommend anyone to go to see her for any services, on the fact alone that she is rude and unprofessional.
I do not recommend. You will not get good or even passable customer service or client care.
