Formed within the dark and vast Amazon forest in the end of the thrash metal's golden decade, in 1987 Mystical Vision starts its history bringing on initial formation Marcelo Sanches (bass / vocals), Kiko (drums), Silas Alves (guitars) and Fábio Andrey (ex. Insanity / The Mist – guitars /vocals). With the departure of Fábio Andrey in 1989, Alexandre Rodrigues assumes the guitars and the band releases its first demo tape in 1990 entitled 'The Blind Man's buff'. In 1991 when Alexandre Rodrigues, the band gains reinforcements with Fred Magno (guitars) and Eduardo Correa (vocals) stabilizing the band's formation, when the official demo tape 'Take it easy' is released. On the same year the band was invited by Whiplash Records from Natal / RN to release an EP with 2 songs that would be called 'Abolition of Reason', but unfortunately with the passing of the label's owner (Luciano), the record label was closed.
