They are very polite and the clothes are ready quite quickly. I have had some shortening of pants that was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

I do not recommend this business. I always try to support local but I give up here. I’ve tried three times and each time it was a disaster. On two occasions the clothes I dropped off for were not ready when promised but no notification of delays came from them…and to be clear I’m not talking a few hours late, they were days late. My fiance took her wedding dress in for alterations. Long story short the owner messed it up, said he can't do what she wanted and charged her almost $200. She than searched for somew else and found out First Comes Love does dress alterations. They were able to talk her through what she wanted done, luckily was able to fix what Thompson Tailors did to the dress. They said a week, instead had it for months. We just went back to show him it could be done and get a refund from him and he was not

this is without a doubt the worst business in town. They are rude and incompetent. Took my blazer in that I wore 3 times. He ripped a large piece out under the pocket and his response was we dont quarantee anything. Would never recommend him even to my worst enemy
