    I use them all the time and have no complaint. They are a smaller company so sometimes I have to wait a little while for my cab but the cars they use are newer, low mileage cars that are clean and ride beautifully. Plus their out of town rates are the cheapest in Welland. 2 thumbs up for me.

    Terrible. Late on...

    Terrible. Late on pickup, tried to charge me $55 for a $40 ride. On my way back from my destination(round trip service) the driver picked up two other people who were clearly friends. Proceeded to ask me if I was allergic to anything(no) and then smoke in the car. What should have taken 50 minutes to do round-trip took over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Thanks, not going to use Grand Taxi again, ever.

    I absolutely love...

    I absolutely loved them! The dispatchers were very friendly and helpful,and the drivers were wonderful. I use them everyday to bring my child to school and to be honest I would not trust any other company with my child. You can't go wrong with Grand Taxi they know what they're doing. 905 732 7000 way to go

    Worst service I h...

    Worst service I have seen. I have never felt that the bus service is supperior. I called from the hospital. four buses have passed by and the taxi did not arrive. You could argue that the delay was understandable because of the bad weather. I called after half hour to check. The person responded said that i have to wait out side to see if the taxi arrives so I asked if they can call me so that I would
