TERRIBLE SERVICE! Waiting almost an hour for a taxi on a weekday afternoon. Call at 4:13pm on a Wednesday afternoon ; after first ten minutes of waiting I check in and am told 1)driver is on their way and will be there in 5min, ten minutes later call back again and am told 2) “we still haven’t got you a car yet” , then ten minutes later 3) receive automated call saying taxi is at address (it’s not). Call back AGAIN and get passed between 2 more people and STILL no car 56minutes later!
Je réserve un taxi pour le lendemain matin afin dêtre sûre que jarriverai à lheure à la gare dautocar. Je reçois le soir même une confirmation par courriel de ma réservation. Le lendemain matin = aucun taxi ne se présente. / I reserved a taxi for the next morning to be sure to be in time at the bus station for my travelling. I received an email confirmation the same night. Next morning = NO taxi.
Très mauvais service! À éviter si vous ne désirez pas marcher! Attendu plus de 50 minutes et 3 appels.. jamais vu de taxi arrivé sûre les lieux!
Bref, ils ne méritent même pas 1 étoile!
Jai commandé un taxi par téléphone à 19h00.
On ma dit que dans 5 à 10 minutes un taxi arriverait.
Jai attendu une heure dans la rue et chaque fois que jai appelé, on me disait que dans 5 à 10 minutes, il y aurait un taxi.
le taxi nest jamais arrivé
Après une heure d’attente, j’ai appelé pour annuler ma commande, ils ne m’ont même pas dit, désolé, et ils ont raccroché.
