do not order from here!! Their return policy states this. "We process returns within 10 days of their receipt. Due to the large number of transactions in Halloween, all returns in October are processed in the first 10 days of November. • During the Halloween season, we do not accept returns postmarked on or after October 25th." They would not process my return despite I did not receive item until Oct 28, never wore it, all cardboard and tags attached, etc. No way I could have worn it. Beware.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our returns policy is linked to every page on our website and we are surprised that you did not consult our returns policy or contact us prior to purchasing (especially considering the delivery was after October 25th). Our returns policy is consistent with the Halloween industry practices. Unfortunately there has to be a cutoff date for returns as there have been some abuses in the past.
Ordered items on October 3, with payment via Paypal. On October 4, added one item and Oya requested I pay it via credit card, so I provided Credit Card info. A few days later Faten Hodroge called indicating she didn't have credit card info; I provided it again by phone. On October 14, Faten Hodroge cancelled both the initial Paypall order and the additional item order indicating she didn't have the credit card info. If you want you Halloween costume on time, don't order from Oya Costumes!

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. Unfortunately during the month of October, the addition or removal of an item can create delays in processing the order. Payments made on Paypal are authorizations and not a payments, and unfortunately the authorization is canceled after 2 days of delays and we are unable to charge you. We hope that you will understand and accept our most sincere apologies.
J'ai commandé le 3 octobre avec paiement Paypal. Le lendemain j'ai ajouté un article et on m'a demandé mes infos de carte de crédit, que j'ai fournies. Quelques jours plus tard, Faten Hodroge m'a tél pour avoir mes infos de carte de crédit, que j'ai fournies à nouveau. Aujourd'hui 14 oct, Faten Hodroge a annulé tous mes articles, même ceux payés via Paypal, indiquant qu'elle n'avait pas mes infos de carte de crédit,! Si vous voulez recevoir vos articles d'ici l'Halloween, évitez Oya Costumes.

Bonjour Madame Gagnon, Nous nous excusons de votre mauvaise expérience avec cette commande. Malheureusement durant le mois d'Octobre l'ajout ou le retrait d'un article créer des délais dans le traitement de la commande. Le paiement effectué sur Paypal est une autorisation et non un paiement, et suite aux 2 jours de délais l'autorisation est annulée et nous sommes dans l'impossibilité de vous facturer.
