I contacted Michel regarding an old Seiko wall clock which stopped working. Although at first he didn't think it could be fixed, he did some research and found a source for the parts which were needed. He also suggested that it would be more economical to order the part and make the repair myself which I did with his over the phone support and detailed instructions. He was very helpful and supportive and a pleasure to talk to. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing clock repair.
