Although Jason at Independent is friendly and well-intentioned, he is incredibly unreliable! He is very inconsistent when it comes to responding to emails and texts in a reasonable timeframe, changes plans last minute, and has completely no-showed now on TWO separate occasions with us, not even a call or text to explain why. Very frustrating when I have taken time away from my own contracts to wait for someone that wont show. I would never hire Jason and strongly recommend people look elsewhere.
We have used Jason @ Independent Cleaning to clean our furnace and ducts for many years and he has always done a great professional job. He has also cleaned our chimney and fire place did great work.

We have been using Jason for several years now and are extremely pleased with his professionalism and mannerism.
He is very courteous and knowledgeable and his WETT Cert.
was extremely important to us. We have both a gas and a wood burning furnace and needed the expertise provided by Jason. Price was also very affordable for the service he provided. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had my woodstove and chimney cleaned and inspected by Jason the past two winters and found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was very happy with the level of service and the cost was reasonable.
