Worst service ever! Booked an appointment with Jason Light almost a month ago. He didnt show up, so I called him and he told me he wasnt coming anymore today. He couldnt have called me before the appointment? I took the day off work. When I told him he should have called me he said to find someone else and then hung up!
Hi Joe, When I explained to you that I had just got my truck and trailer out of the ditch, and couldn't make our appointment but would have to reschedule, you were very angry and uncooperative. This is why I suggested that you find another company. I'm sorry about the inconvenience, hope you have better luck using another company.

I am very disappo...
I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this company. I had booked a chimney inspection/clean, and the guy never showed up. Hesitantly I re-booked, and guess what, a no show again! No phone call either. In what world is this how a professional business operates? I didn't reschedule, and won't be using their services in the future.
