I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to try an alternative workout to the usual gym vibe. The instructors, front desk staff, and clients all create a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere!

I cant say enough good things about the amazing instructors at I Love Kickboxing sherwood park. I started in july of 2019 and so far have lost 30 pounds and 15 percent body fat. Most importantly I have kept it off and had an amazing time while doing it with my new Fit Family!!!
I absolutely love this gym! Not only are the people that go there amazing but the staff/instructors as well. They really take care of you and make it so fun and worthwhile.
This is an amazing workout that will push your limits and make you sweat. Staff and members are all super nice and approachable. I couldnt be happier being a member.
