Have been coming since June 2018, and I can't say enough good things. The instructors actually care about you as a person, your fitness goals and any other goals you have. We celebrate everything as a family and keep eachother going!
Love the atmosphere that ILKB sherwood park vibes off! The staff are so helpful and makes one hour classes go by so fast! I also love the fact thay everyone from the studio including other members are so welcoming! Love getting my workouts in! Definitely worth it!
