This is absolutely the BEST restaurant in the City. Victor and Debby are gracious hosts and the food is to die for. The best deal is the Valentine's special, which we keep coming back for. Choice of steak/primerib plus lobster, crab and all the trimings. Their vegetables are cooked to perfection and the presentation just makes you hungry.

Amazing, you wouldn't tell from the area it's in but this restaurant has a great ambience and amazing food. I've been there a couple of times and would definately reccoment Curry chicken or The prime rib to anyone!
We have found a new favourite dining spot. The service and food were without complaint, along with a great piano player. On reading other reviews, we only saw one complaint and we figure it must be his young age and not being used to fine dining. We will return and will certainly recommend the Purple Pear to others. Thanks for the great evening.
Both couples were celebrating Anniversaries. Service and ambience was excellent. Owner Victor was absolutely wonderful. Food was unbelievable with great prices and portions. Compliments to the Chef for exquisite presentation. Had a most enjoyable evening and wouldn't hesitate to go again. Will recommend this place to everyone. Can't wait to go back. I will definitely be asking for a gift certificate for Christmas.
