I love this place! The entrees were excellent, and the prices very reasonable. Very nice atmosphere, and great service. The only room for improvement is the dessert menu. Did not live up to the entree....entrees were fabulous, dessert disappointing. The Apple Strudel wasnt heated through, so was warm at the edges but cold inside. That said, its a small complaint for the overall quality of the whole! Good going!
Prime Rib was excellent. The Salad was very fresh and the Salad Dressing was very tasty. Our waitress was great.
food was excellent as is the service. The Frapaccino is the best I've had. The pasta was very good and prepared quickly. Nice ambiance and moderately priced.

This was my second visit to the Purple Pear and was as good as the first time. The presentation is absolutely wonderful and everyone was very happy with their meals. I had the Chicken Parmesan and Fettucine for the second time and it was every bit as tasty as the first time. One of my guests ordered the same and was also extremely happy with it. My other guest had the prime rib and was truly delighted with it. The service on this particular date was a little slow, however, the restaurant was extremely busy so it was understandable. I've already booked for next week and will introduce another guest to a wonderful dining experience. If I have any criticism at all, it would be that I would like to see a few plants scattered throughout the restaurant to provide just a little more privacy. It would definitely add to the dining experience.
